Description
There are many local fans of Azumazushi’s seasonal mackerel sushi, available only in the fall and winter. They soak the fish in rice vinegar and local daidai and yuzu citrus, taking care not to soak for too long. 1 fillet’s worth of sushi is 500 yen.
