Ume, or Japanese apricot, are one of the main agricultural products of Minabe. Umeboshi, or salted pickled ume, and ume juice, are two popular products made from ume. Come make your own and take it home to enjoy!
You can learn about the umeboshi manufacturing process and make ume juice using three types of sugar.
Umeboshi and ume juice take about 30 minutes each. Please let us know which one you would like to make when you make your reservation.
